This is a post on the most important thing: how to eat oranges!
- So how do we eat oranges?
Well, first, we have to find what kind of orange we have. There are two main types.
Big oranges - has no inner peel and is big
Small oranges - has inner peel and is small
We'll start with the big oranges. They are harder to peel - don't peel them. Use a knife to cut one, vertically, in half. Proceed in cutting both pieces in half again. After doing that, split each piece in half again. Now, slowly cut the peel off from the orange. Put the orange pieces on a plate, and use your teeth to finish what is left on the peel.
Now, for the small oranges. Directly peel them, from the top, and when finished pull out the stopper in the bottom. Carefully separate the oranges into the smallest sections that it comes with - then cut each piece again (with a serrated knife, so you don't crush it) and slice it horizontally. Put in small plate and serve.
Oranges can be served warm, cold, boiled fried, or room temperature.
A good recipe is to cut some small oranges, then some tomatoes the same way, and mixing them in a bowl topped with ranch. Delicious.
